FLASHING LIGHTS VIDEOS WERE LEAKED!!

KANYE WEST HAS A PSA - According to the Kanye West Blog, the prolific artist did not officially release the various versions of 'Flashing Lights' that are floating around on the internet. Someone leaked them and here's what Yeezy had to say..."I shot 3 vids for flashing lights cuz I ain't like the first 2. I loved the 3rd one that I released with Spike and hit the world with that. I actually had Sam Speigal , Spike's brother and co-orchestrater of THE TOUR MUSIC, do a remix 2 the scary one 2 make the music fit. I planned 2 put it on a DVD later this year. No rant's here just an explanation of why yall getting those other vids rt now that I ain't approve and why I ain't finna post neither on my blog. So I hope whoever leaked them got the shine they was looking 4 cause that's all they'll get now. And I know that's incorrect english but that's how I talk when I want 2. Oh and I've just been 2 busy 2 get at the New York Times for all that his Ego BLAH BLAH BLAH bullshit so stay tuned. HERE IT IZ...

In order to fairly critique an album you must judge it as a standalone work of art; not based on the merits of past works of art. Being the follow-up album to 'Confessions', 'Here I Stand' overall is a good album. It will definitely be on heavy iPod rotation. It is not a flawless album, which you might expect it to be. Usher did raise the bar with 'Confessions'. Based on lyrics, composition and vocal quality he met that bar on a lot of the tracks. The theme of this album is nice…The world definitely needs some good R&B. I do wish there was at least one more dance track cuz the Will.I.Am song didn’t give it to me like I wanted. 'Here I Stand' is definitely grown and sexy. If I was to give it a rating out of 5 I would give this album 4 out of 5 stiletto pumps!

Moving Mountains: The song is well composed, well written and beautifully sung
Something Special: Nice feel good track…adding it to my wedding reception playlist
Best Thing: Nice collabo with Jay-Z
Love you Gently: I got another playlist in mind for this song ;)
His Mistakes: Real talk and overall a great song… love it!
Appetite: I’m not a man so I can’t personally identify, but hot song minus the verse he spits. He should’ve left that to the professionals.
Love in This Club, Pt. 2: This does everything a great remix should do
Here I Stand: Beautiful song to his wife…another one for the wedding playlist
Trading Places: quite sexy although there is one questionable line (

What’s a Man to Do: It’s aight… LOL… Nothing wrong with it per se just not loving it
Lifetime: It’s a nice ballad, but the album would’ve been ok without it
